First was that one by Bernard Roetzel which I still find hard to beat. There is good stuff in many others such as Flusser and even the Esquire guide.

thanks for your response, Bernard`s guide is indeed a classic and is my favorite.

+1 My Dad made me read this when I was in 7th grade. There was also a Live for Success, which went over in detail etiquette, dining manners, etc.
