Drop, defined here as difference between American jacket size (#) and pants waist in inches. Sizes you fit into most of the time. If you have a large drop, how much of it is natural, and how tall are you? Type in additional information, if you like.

Prior to dieting, 46" chest, 40" waist, 6' @ 245lbs.

And I was not muscular at all....

180 lbs.
41" chest
33" waist

My genetic default is to be skinny.
I go to the gym to override it.

Mine is 8 or 9, but it is all skeletal as I have no muscle to speak of.

6'3", weight maybe 225 or 230 (haven't weighed myself lately), chest 48.5 or 49, waist 38. Trying to drop a little weight, at least through the waist, as my many of my size 38 trousers are starting to feel a tad on the tight side through the waistband, although not elsewhere.

My drop is dropping all the time

Seriously, I have lost 1-2 inches per kid. Less time exercising and more time finishing the untouched food on their plates is a bad combination!

Probably 4-5 since I'm so slim at the arms, chest and legs, but I've got a fat man's belly.
