What's Wrong With My New Suit???

Bought another RLBL suit in navy blue and this morning when I wore it and moved my arm to reach something I heard thread popping sound from my armpit area. Is this because it is a new suit? I have the same size suit in black and never heard thread popping sound. I took a bright light and inspected the area but didn't see anything that had come loose. My tailor says bring it in and see what the problem is. Anyone have any idea?

Had a uniqlo peacoat with a similar problem. Arms holes were a little high. Eventually the thread from right on the armpits were coming out. Tailor re-sewed them without a problem.

Bring it in to the tailor so he can see what the problem is. I can't say I've ever heard a popping sound when putting one of my jackets on.

mama mia~ I just picked it up from my tailor yesterday

I bought it and said no thanks to Ralph Lauren's store tailor and went straight to my tailor.
Oh I am gonna lose sleep over this.

besides hearing threads popping when I stretched? I initially took it to the tailor to get the basics done on the new suit.
