There are no shops near me that sell the Kenmoor. Of course the Zappos reviews are conflicting (as usual).

Can anyone comment on sizing?

From what I gather, they run long and narrow, so buy one half size down and extra wide if you have wide feet. Does this sound correct?

I am juuuust slightly wide..not quite an E in 'normal' dress shoes, so I can usually get away with buying D if the shoes don't run narrow.

Thanks for any and all replies.

Cheers!

I used to wear Florsheim loafers back in the early 90's when I couldn't find any other shoe brand that made a 9.5 EEEE. They don't make them anymore, so I'm stuck wearing regular size 11 shoes from whatever flavor of the day maker.

I'm a 10EEE in AE Bristol's and I'm a 10 EEE in Florsheim.

Given the current cost of American shoes, if these are indeed American-made, $395 is worth it.

Alden's are $380.

The pics make them look very well made, add in the limited factor, $400 is in line.

I want to know how much the shell boots are...

You have to be pretty good with the spray gun to achieve a two tone finish

The electric blue brogues are really the only fashiony colorway. They looked pretty cool when I tried them on. You're right though, the blue leather upper/blue sole is a bit much for everyday wear.

They are inline with current retail prices and they looked well made IRL...I just hate paying retail

Also I just bought a pair of pebbled brown vintage Florsheim Imperial V Cleat Wing Tips in good condition for $80 shipped. The boots are $438
