Somebody please tell me what the big deal with incotex is. I have bought 2 pairs and they never fit! They always seem to run two sizes smaller. Why can't this company just make a true fit?
If you are paying a fraction of retail price, like the crazy massive sales going on in the B&S section, then you are assuming some risk with sizes. If you can't stand this, go to a store (Neiman Marcus), try them on and get the right pair, but pay retail.
Agreed. There's no hidden truth here; pants (even from the same brand) come in different styles and cuts, and even from different factories in various countries. If I buy something online, I buy it with the thought that the measurements posted are generally correct, but that even so there is a very decent chance that I may have to flip it on the forum if the fit doesn't work. If that becomes a problem for me, then I refrain and patronize a brick-and-mortar store instead.
same here. but maybe i'm missing something here - all the Incotex FS threads that i've opened have measurements that the seller has taken, presumably with their own measuring tape. since i have to believe that these sellers are halfway competent with a tape, doesn't that take the guesswork out of online fitment?
I'll say that the pants made for the European market (with sizes like 48, which is the equivalent of the US 32, for example), are overall much slimmer than those for the US market.
