Hard for me to say, as dress shoes I've probably spent the least on, which is what I assume the intent of the thread is. I've always found discounts or such on dress shoes, so $100 or less.

However, back when I ran, I'd spend $150 to $210 in running shoes and Cowboy boots are $200 a pair.
