What's the most business casual shoe style?

Hi guys, I know this comes up once in a while in one form or another, but the answer isn't clear. I read a lot on here about what people wear in real formal office settings, I'm just wondering what you think the most versatile shoe style is for "business casual" office wear. I work in NY, and most people I work with, including managers, wear khaki's, dress shirt (sleeves rolled up) sometimes a tie, sometimes a polo in the summer, and occasionally jeans on fridays. What is a good versatile shoe style that would look great in this setting? I'm definitely thinking burgundy is a good color. I'm thinking plain toe and cap toe might be a bit too formal. Do you think a nice pair of burgundy wingtip bluchers would work with this style of office dress?
What are your thoughts?
Thanks

I wear whatever, with slacks and a sweater. Your feet can look formal as long as the rest looks biz casual.

I like Alden's #8 shell wingtip bluchers or #8 shell penny loafers for business casual.
