1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

[IMG] I know, but seriously. What is this meaning of this?

you need to unroll the paper and or wait to catch him in the act to know for sure.

Where I work, people do something like this to indicate the stall is out of paper.

That's really bizarre. Maybe he uses paper towels over his hands so he doesn't have to touch anything and leaves it shoved in there when he's closing the stall door.

Otherwise, might be some sort of communication thing.

The stall in question is obviously being used as a blind drop.
The tp left in the latch indicates the goods have been left for pick up by the second spy.

that. is. some. fucked. up. shit. right. there.
But it comes in handy especially for the older crowd. It isn't used much until Pride comes around. No time to waste asking if someone is a military bottom looking for an Asian who is into aquaphilia [IMG]

Subscribed because this boggles my mind.

All I've got is the daily toilet clogger (usually the one closest to the wall, usually after lunch) and the person who can't seem to stand close enough to the urinal to keep the floor piss free.

I could see if a person is in there taking a dump and has some type of phobia that the door, if locked, will not unlock when he is ready to exit - so he puts some paper towel in there to make damn sure the latch won't engage and the door will not drift open.

    But there's nobody in there.

This is my guess. OCD clean-freak/germaphobe.
