Lawyers exist to represent people, so maybe it's just certain types of people you hate.

Lawyers love me. My main guy sees my number on his caller ID and start thinking about the next bespoke suit purchase as he's answering the call.

Most of the lawyers where I live wear much of the same things. Lots of pleated pants, light brown loafers and the power dress shirt...blue with white collar.

They're everywhere just like rats; you kick a garbage can and a bunch of them scurry away to the safety of a dark corner.

lol, I thought they'd be too busy chasing ambulances [IMG]

I dont know. Buit, I was wondering if I could get some free legal advice..lol

What do you think "fleeing the scene" of a single car accident will get me in court? And "failure to report?" Should I go public defender or shell out the money for a lawyer?

You've basically just admitted guilt by posting here. Not sure if this is permissible evidence in a court of law though. Fleeing the scene is not a good idea.

You should plead guilty, and own up to it.

Thats the plan. Its a given that I did commit those infractions. I am just hoping they don't try to throw my black ass in jail or smack me with super hefty fines because I have a public defender instead of a better lawyer.

Like in this case, would having a better lawyer make a real difference in my sentencing?

You don't live in America do you?
    They're everywhere[IMG]

In fact, some of our cities have more lawyers than people.
