Seconds for Alden can be purchased from The Shoe Mart online. They do a monthly mailer (albiet, I haven't seen one in 3+ months) based on size. You need to request your size be added to the email.

C&J, no idea. As others have said for your budget, BB on sale (next big one in Spring, Fathers Day for sure), Allen Edmonds, Aldens from the San Francisco store on their specials.
