Anti-bacterial wipes.

i am a pilot, so i am used to living out of a bag. however, i take a lot of personal trips to europe, especially london to see my football team struggle on the pitch and make me wonder why i flew all night to see them.

but... on long flights as a passenger i usually carry: an eye mask (in case i want it dark), ear plugs, lots of water. no matter how often they come by with the carts i can never stay hydrated enough on planes, so i usually bring a few liters of my own water.

psp go, ipod touch, reading glasses, sun glasses chargers for all devices and maybe some smokes!

I keep a shoe horn and a horsehair brush in case I get a scuff.

I bring my Handpresso and make shots for my fellow passengers in first class along with the cabin crew because if there's one thing we all know it's that the Handpresso is the greatest ******* thing ever invented. I am usually applauded upon exit.
