Grilled chicken breast w/o skin. Half a cup of steamed rice. Green salad with marigold flowers, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers. Olive oil with balsamic vinegar on the side for dressing. Tea after lunch.

Great sandwich today. Cracked pepper turkey, Vermont white cheddar (get that yellow **** out of here), lettuce, tomato, onion, sundried cranberries, oil & vinegar on focaccia.

had a fresh create my own salad of greens, spinach, chicken breast, hard boiled egg, roasted corn, cheese and olive/balsamic. couple of pounds of food for only 5.70 dollars at our cafeteria.

i think i am going to do this for the next few weeks. tired of eating the same junk taco bell, donuts, cakes, cookies, mcdonalds and stuff every lunch and gaining already 10 pounds back ( i am now 179 lbs from 168 a month ago, my God).

i got to get back my leanness again.

Minute rice with chicken breast.

Highly unsatisfying.
