I'm hoping to hold off on buying denim until mid to late summer... we'll see how that goes, lol

I hope to buy:
-dressy boots with a utilitarian slant ala Red Wing 1911s, Aldens, Trickers, etc. I'm just waiting for one with the right price and look to come along.

-More button down shirts. I have surprisingly few well fitting ones. Maybe one from APC...

-More sweaters. Something a little more delicate like cashmere or a cashmere blend (which is more likely)

Overall, just less streetwear stuff... gotta get my grown man on.

Well I've got a couple of cardigans that are ill, have most of the jeans I want along with some ndcs so my goal is to be like Fuuma and get some:

olive poell boots
mid height cdiems
black pointed lace-ups (kinda langish, this will be hard)
matt black jeans (don't know where to start since I do antifit)
more nice fitting button ups
general but nice go-to jacket
longer coat/jacket a la yohji or n(n)

I also want a longer sportscoat, basically a a suit jacket but overcoat lenght, I had a revelation when I saw some Japanese dude my height pull it off with ease, so far I've checked some cool ones from Poell, Lad M and CdG but haven't really found exactly what I want.

My "anti-fit" black jeans are basically sized up Acne, work very well but I have to wear a belt. They're quite old (5-6 years) and now more grey than black though.

For the pointy lace-ups I sincerely cannot recommand Lang enough, as most other pointy shoes I've seen overdoe it either in detailing or "pointyness". I'm sure a few designers do it right though, just can't think of any right now with a pared down aesthetics. Mine are plaintoe bluchers which is ideal for shoes like these.

Well, since I've been laying my hands on any cheap raw denim I could find before I move to Thailand, I've basically got it down to one good pair of imports before I skip town. Probably either Eternal 811s or the Competition Samurais. (S5000VX or something?)
