This was a perfect GQ/JetBlast thread. Guy asks for advice in horribly awkward situation, the answer is obvious, Lawyerdad posts golden words of advice, OP completely ignores it all and gets screwed.

Yeah I knew what I was getting myself into. I went in with zero expectations so I dont have anything to be bitter about.

I suppose he's not quite to Conne territory yet, i.e. this isn't his normal weekend

I think we really need to just rename this thread "LAWYERDAD SCHOOLS JESSEJB" and leave it at that.

Actually, LD, you should start a thread named "Lawyerdad Schools You." You could post lots of sage advice, and people could go there to ask you legal questions. I'm positive I'd subscribe to that thread.

I don't know, I kind of like being able to pick my spots. I mean, how hard is it to look smart jumping onto Jesse's thread and predicting things were going to go badly? If I don't get to cherry-pick like that, it's a different story. (Besides, it's easy to school jesse and jetblast on stuff like this because I made the same mistakes myself in the past.)
Then again, anyone dumb enough to listen to legal advice from me deserves whatever they get -- which is kind of my professional motto. So bring it on . . .

I think I'll just tour the country telling people how Lawyerdad changed my sex life.

The WWLDD bracelets have already been ordered.

This is a bit belated, but after some consideration, I felt this thread was worth of this.
