So, I was cleaning up my iphoto albums today and came across photo's from the past 5 or 6 years. Some of them encapsulated the way I dressed in the past and before joining this community. I figured it could be a laugh for us to be brave enough to show how we dressed before having the balls to show our threads here. Here goes.............. Fall 03: Helmut Lang x HG x Salvage sample x Con x Wife Summer 2004: Vintage Honda x Levi 501 x Cutler & Cross

I have great men's shops around so I basically dressed the same pre-sf although I didn't have my APC or Somet denim. I've since found a very very good polo company but only two others to my knowledge here have heard of the brand since it is local only.

This was what, '02/'03? Going through these photos it was apparent I thrifted very, very often as I guess most 20-something hipsters did back then and college meant spending most of the money on booze (not that much has changed.) It was also apparent just how many photos of the ex's I still have stored on my computer. Not creepy, right?

Wrangler shirt/jacket, unknown early 70s poly shirt, and cord pants.

Cord jacket, white mil shirt.

Pendleton flannel, DKNY jeans (?), unknown shoes.

While I got rid of a majority of that stuff when I moved out of college I'm glad I saved a few things like this Wrangler shirt pictured here with my favorite author Clive Cussler:

I'm waiting for GetSmart's suspender pics...

Rye, the hair in the first picture makes me LOL.
5-6 years ago, it was right when I finally got a job and starting buying my own clothes. Cheap mall stuff like American Eagle, etc.

The picture in the flannel was taken about a week or so before I chopped it off for good. Playing guitar just hasn't been as fun since. Damn, I guess robbie was sporting it as well. Typical '03/'04 white boys...

pretty much.

It was kind of like the white guy Fubu jersey, you weren't **** if you didn't have long hair in the early 00's.

Hair and style. I was once so young, and naive.

I hate the girl in this picture, why was I ever friends with her, and why are my lips pursed like that?
