As long as this is being bumped, does anyone have recommendations for a high-quality, non-made-in-China wallet that's slim enough to fit in the front pants pocket?

    Special emphasis on non-made-in-China

its probably the simplest wallet in the entire topic, how can it be ugly, what is so ugly about it?

For the guy asking about the Makr flap wallet... Its about the same size as an iPhone but 1cm wider and a little thicker when fully packed.

My current wallet is a Makr "Horizon Two". Love the leather on that thing - So thick yet soft at the same time.

the plastic window makes it easier for me to show the TTC Conductors my metropass so I don't have to take it out every time I am using the transit.

And the zipper keeps my change in the wallet without falling out.

Isn't a wallet supposed to be a practical piece?

Yes, but nobody said it wasn't practical, just that it's ugly.

Yes, but nobody here cares. Guess what? A $15 pair of jeans covers your legs as well as a $200 pair of jeans. That isn't the point, and if it is, I wonder why you're here at this forum, or at least in this thread.

Makr Angle Wallet in black. I honestly think it's the perfect wallet and I love how it forces you to keep what you carry with you to a minimum.

I know it's different between people, but I see a wallet as the most personal piece of garment or accessory, along with your watch, that tells me the most about a person's taste (and perhaps personality, but that's arguable).

When you've got dudes with $400 jeans running around the place, the el cheapo argument seems a bit superfluous.
