What type of watch strap for casual wear?

I have the following watch:

I'm thinking about changing the leather strap to something elegant and sporty. Is the existing strap too dressy for casual wear? I'm thinking about going with smooth calfskin or alligator with white stiching.

I've thought about it and it would probably look great. I think I'm looking for something more versatile that I could use for casual wear and the office environment if need be without switching staps.

How about a military style leather band like this?

For casual wear watches I like bracelets.

I vote for the contrasting white stitch.

Thanks. I'll probably go with black leather with contrasting white stich.

NATO/Zulu strap, canvas two piece strap or pilot-style strap (with two screws).

The present strap is quite nice, actually, and fits well with the character of the watch.
If the thought is that it is too refined, not quite casual enough, then finding
a similar strap with white stitching would take it toward casual while retaining
the current pleasing balance between band and watch.

Dear Master Tyates,

Any band that is not glossy is casual. Hope that helps.

The current croc strap doesn't seem glossy - looks like a matte alligator (or alligator-print) to me. Croc/alligator, even matte, is really not that casual IMO
