What type of collar is this? Spread or cutaway?

This seems a bit wider than your typical spread collar.

Do you think its a cutaway?

I'm not sure where spread stops and cutaway starts. I'd call that a very wide spread.

Also has a low band which affects the appearance.

It's a spread. Cutaway is very literal and means collars that with blades that cut backwards (or away) whereas the collars point down here deeming it a spread.

If tie tie is knotted a bit tighter, I think the collar would close a bit more, making it a spread, i would think?
