The Lazarus Project entertaining Ground Hog day style dystopian sci fi series. However it’s the third series in a month that has gone for a cliffhanger ending, worse season 2 yet to be confirmed….FUBAR

We Own This City. Intriguing. Really love seeing all the Wire vets making appearances. RELALY can’t stand Simon, but he’s an awesome storyteller.
Finished up Peaky Blinders. One of the few shoes that is beautifully acted and gorgeous visually…that just isn’t very good at all. Very much a show where expectations should be tempered. Great for what it is, but really awful if you’re expecting “prestige” television.

This show is brilliant, weird, dramatic, occasionally funny, Tom Burke's Yorkshire Accent, best Sci-Fi show I've seen in a long long time 👍

I just watch all the Sky Shows on something called "Now TV", cheap enough like a cut price UK Netflix!!

They have a decent library of Sky shows, HBO, new and classic movies too

You can also "pay per view" for premiership football matches and F1 races if you don't want to be tied up to a Sky Contract

Don't know if it's available in other territories but worth investigating!!

Partway through Rutherford Falls season 2 on Peacock. I really enjoy this show; it's well written, well acted, and has a unique point of view. And there's at least one line in every episode that makes me genuinely laugh out loud, usually something said by Michael Greyeyes.

Netflix kept telling me to watch First Kill, a teenage love story where the two main characters are a vampire and a vampire hunter. Yeah, there have been similar stories before, but it's different enough that it was interesting. Definitely a little quirky and I'm not entirely sold on how hard it leaned into Romeo & Juliet at times, but overall, I'd give it a thumbs up. I read that it was a top 10 show in 82 countries, so maybe there will be a second season to tie up the loose ends, of which there were many.

I couldn’t get through the first episodes. Too many random creatures.

Fair enough. I feel like they blew their CGI budget on the first episode. After that first cemetery scene, it's mostly just people with occasional fangs and/or glowing eyes. A zombie pops up about halfway through, but it's Buffy the Vampire Slayer level makeup.

I felt bad because we actually know one of the main actors, so we had to at least try to watch.
