Jfc I just tried to watch the first episode of Gomorrah on HBOMax and there is no audio option, so you are stuck with dubbed English voices. Worst, the English subtitles are different from the English dubbed track. **** this, I'm out.

That sucks. I hate dubbing and only watch non-English TV shows with subtitles. I do sail the high seas for most of my viewing content though. Anyway, it's not that great a TV show to be honest. Relentlessly grim and most of the characters are shallow to the point where they might as well be cut from inch thick cardboard.

I’m still trying to figure out if I can get HBO Max or not through U-Verse on my tv.

I know I’m being a boomer like Piob and Sugarbutch.

I stream through my nvidia shield and my frontier subscription. Frontier didn't initially have access, so I lost HBO streaming for about a month when they dropped HBO Go. Check the website, they tell you what providers have access.

I'm the same. I can't watch dubbed movies or shows (unless it's animated).

It won't work if you don't clear your cache, restart and boot from an external drive. If you're overclocking your cable box, you probably need to solder some thermal paste on the mainframe before the reboot.

The reboot of Supermarket Sweet is doing it for me.

Finished Community last night. The last season on NBC blew but otherwise it was excellent to very good.

One more episode left in The Good Place.

New season of Great British Bakeoff sucks. Thankfully the heart of the show is still charming but I hate Noel and the other host. Pru still hasn't found a compelling reason to be there.

I watched the first episode of Gangs of London last night. Jesus Christ!!! That show is a winner

I was certain I had already recommended this show in here but it seems I'm mistaken.

Anyway, hell yes brother. Gangs of London is ******* awesome, one of my favorite things I've seen this year.
For anyone who might be familiar with The Raid 1&2 this series is by the same director and his first foray into TV, so you already know the action and fighting will be some of the tightest and most violent you've ever seen on tv.
Add to that a fairly compelling modern day gang war story set in London with good acting performances all around, and you've got yourself an absolutely fantastic show. I highly recommend anyone who doesn't have an issue with blood/violence to watch it.
