Just saw an episode featuring Nari the Korean girl. She is also full of awesome.

In my experience it is. Almost all of the wealth is "new money" and their behavior is typical of people who suddenly find themselves with more money than they know what to do with (see professional athletes). There is a huge demand for branded goods as it gives them an opportunity to flaunt how rich they are. I really loved my time in Shanghai, but it could be jarring to see these insane mega malls filled with luxury designer stores just minutes away from some of the worst slums I've ever seen.

True Detective is coming together and I'm actually really looking forward to the next episode. I have a feeling Mr. Robot is going to crash and burn, but I'm still hopeful. UnReal has been a nice guilty pleasure, as has my binge watching of the OC.

All in the Family was an American remake of a British show called Man About the House.

Currently streaming Father Ted and the second season of The Bridge (American version).

All in the Family was based on Till Death Us Do Part; Man About the House spawned Three's Company.

Read some article about sense8 before it was released and heard it's like the greatest show ever. Hyped myself up. Watched first ep. Sort of interesting but did not wow me one bit. Might check it out some time later

Sense8 certainly needs a few episodes, if not most of the season, to introduce the setting. It's definitely unique.

I gave up on Sense8 15 minutes into ep 1. Wachowskis suck.

Besides the first Matrix and the car chase scene from Matrix 2, nothing the Wachowskis have done has been good.

This is fairly accurate. Is one of them a chick now?

The production values were outstanding but the writing sucked imo . I kept feeling like they scammed the producers into paying them to travel to all these cool locations, shoot all these lush scenes meanwhile making it up in airport bars between flights

Am I the only one here watching this show? Apparently it's getting very good ratings (beyond what Starz normally gets).

Didn't know what to expect with this. Took a chance and finished the premier season last night.
I think this is one of the better series that I have seen in a while. Good acting. Complex, but easy to follow story lines. Very good!
    4/5.
