Been streaming "Skins" for the last week. Pretty edgy British coming of age series where all the characters are pretty fucked up.

Turn, Washington's Spies.

Cool historical fiction set in the Revolutionary War. Very well done.

I thought about trying that one. Mrs. Ace and I have been watching miscellaneous comedies lately, including "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" and "Legit"

Recently started watching this. Enjoying it!
It reminds me of Californication....but the main character is not a sex-aholic as much. Australian legal series with a touch of comedy.

Oh...the main character's name(nickname)is Cleav!

There is an American remake, didn't watch it, think it flopped.

Whenever the Americans do a remake, they just stuff around with the formula to much and end up ruining it.
One of my all time favorite comedy shows is Thank God You're Here, and it was a hit in Australia. The american version was pure manure because instead of inviting guests on who are truly funny and can improv, they invite guests to plug other shows. The US version got the axe pretty quickly.

Sanford and son was pretty good, and Three's company was OK, every other American remake sucks. (have not seen American The office).

Oh American House of Cards is also good.

It did flop, and it was nowhere near as good as the original, but it was still pretty good.

I like Greg Kinnear, and can imagine he would be good in the role.

Undeclared and Inbetweeners are both excellent and usually hilarious, especially Inbetweeners. There's a full length movie to close out the series, which is quite well done.

There is a 2nd movie that I just caught during the last 2-3 weeks. 3 of the dudes go on vacation to Australia to meet up with the 4th dude. Eh. No where as good as the series. 2/5.

I didn't think the second movie was as good as the first, but definitely still worth watching for that same type of humor.
