Lemme see

Slow Horses - done. Enjoyed but not as much as previous seasons.

Harley Quinn - finally got through latest season in time for whatever Metropolis twist they have in mind for next month.

Day of the Jackal - loved it

Penguin - holy ****

100 years of solitude - found the book a worthwhile slog. Finding the series the same. 3 eps deep a present

I had no idea there was a show. Loved the book when I read it in school.

Two foreign sitcoms I found randomly on inflight entertainment and have continued watching:

IMG_4465.jpeg

Colin From Accounts - Australian comedy about two people thrown together to take care of a dog. It all starts with a nipple flash. Solid chemistry (actors/show creators are married in real life) and some funny supporting cast.

Daddy Issues - British comedy about a girl who gets knocked up and rekindles her relationship with her father. Feels kind of like a raunchier version of Back to Life with a cast of misfit characters experiencing a new look at life. Main actress is going to be in the be White Lotus season.

Two episodes into Squid Game S2. It feels like a slower start than the first season but there is enough going on to keep me interested.

I never watch a movie or television show without giving it my full attention. It's like reading a book. I'm either watching it or it's turned off. Sporting events I will duck in or out of. I can't stand to be in a place that has a TV providing background noise.
