Diplomat is good. Great ending--didn't see that coming. Thought it (ending) was going to be about 'sight lines....' You'll have to watch to understand. Rufus is criminally underutilized.

If you haven't seen the original Brit House of Cards do yourself a favor...

Also forgot to mention, but DanDaDan on Netflix is amazing.

You don't need any previous experience with animes either, though the exaggerated shouting/faces might take a lil while to get accustomed to if the only other animated thing you've seen is Arcane.

But seriously, it's fantastic and easily one of my top shows of the year.

I’m blowing through The Man in the High Castle. Almost done with season 2 I believe. Midway through season 2 I was wondering what could be happening to warrant another two seasons. Wait and see

I'm planning on watching "Interior China Town" simply because Daisy stars in it.

We're definitely watching that one, too. My wife requires us to watch Asian led shows. Plus, Jimmy O. Yang and Ronny Chieng are funny, so it should be decent.

Have you watched The Sympathizer yet? It's great and fits.
No- she mentioned it, but then we kinda forgot about it. She also prefers what she calls "seventy percent shows", which are shows that only require about 70% of your attention to follow. She hates asking me what's going on because I'm focused on watching and she isn't. The Sympathizer seems more like a 90-100% type show.

I don’t remember if I ever finished it. It definitely changes gears and I think it was best at the beginning as the bicoastal alternative history.

But I’m also a weirdo who wants to see different types of bureaucracy play out on screen.

Can't believe it took us so long to start watching Penguin. So good. Just finished episode 5.
Same. Downloaded a few episodes for a flight this week and it's fantastic! I'm actually glad I waited so I can binge it.

Second three episode batch of Arcane hit this weekend. I love the show, don't get me wrong, but these episodes felt rushed. Some characters made decisions that didn't fully work for me and there are several storylines, making it harder to keep track. There's so much going on that a couple of times I thought, "Oh yeah, I forgot about them." My other issue is the music. The songs are good, but there are a couple of times where it felt like they dropped a music video into the show. It's more intrusive than I remember from the first season, and it feels a bit like they're trying to maximize soundtrack sales. It's still gorgeous and there are some emotional events that hit hard, and the voice acting continues to be phenomenal, so it's still a great show, just not quite as perfect as the first season.

I watched the first episode of Dune: Prophecy last night. It was fine. It's clear that they're trying to be more Game of Thrones with this show (not a great insight as the showrunner said it herself, apparently).

I saw an ad for this show on Youtube but forgot all about it. Tried to watch it last night but saw it's not out yet so it goes on my list of things to watch.

Currently catching up on Futurama S11 on Hulu in the meantime. This was always one of my favorite shows and the ending to S10 was great.
