Even the solo stuff requires someone to finish
Let's goooo!
Of course @Jr Mouse is going to watch 2 dudes stuff their mouths with a bunch of glizzies.
I made it through S1 just recently. One ep into S2 and I enjoy the finance stuff (and all the coke) but the bickering between roommates/teammates is losing me. Can't get enough of Ken Leung! He's fantastic. How do y'all like Industry? It's a bit hokey, and plenty silly, but all in all a fun, pretty well acted show, I'd say. Really love Eric (Ken Lueng) in it.
I find it miles better than Billions (I truly loathed the final two seasons) and enjoy it far more than Succession, FWIW...but it's got a nice bit of sloppiness tossed into the prestige dynamic.Industry: I essentially binged Season 1 & 2 over a couple weekends (I knew nothing about it until S3 dropped.) I consider it a guilty pleasure. It's well-done, and I think a worthy successor to Sunday night prestige TV, a la Billions and Succession.
NB: My daughter was talking about it and made fun the long sex scenes. I said, "Yeah, we get they did it, we don't need to see all six positions."
I'll always remember Ken as that super fvcking lame mutant in X3 with the quils. If that were my mutant power, I'd just walk right in to the place and get the cure. I wouldn't even bother fighting for the mutant cause.I find it miles better than Billions (I truly loathed the final two seasons) and enjoy it far more than Succession, FWIW...but it's got a nice bit of sloppiness tossed into the prestige dynamic.
@patrick_b I will never not see the nameless bleach blonde baddie from Rush Hour when I see Ken...what, 27 some odd years on?
