What to wear with these shoes?

In short, yes.

I've got a charcoal suit with copper pinstripes that would be a brilliant match for those shoes. Also, a brown suit with tan ropestripes, or plain grey (in terms of combining with my own wardrobe).

Odd jacket and trousers would work in a range of combinations, too.

Wearing balmorals with jeans is a topic of some contention. Some people do it and some don't. If you can do it and not feel self-conscious, do it. All the more power to you if you can pull off the jeans and bals with an orphaned suit jacket. Those who stand on ceremony about the rules may look askance at you, but if you can fart in their general direction, such a combination may be for you.

I have some Church's in a similar colour and style, look great with a solid Navy suit and also a Navy pinstripe. I like them with jeans too [a lot].

I think those are versatile shoes, but I would not wear them with khakis or jeans, and would hesitate before wearing them with odd trousers. I'd want a jacket and tie, at least.
