Any good style that I can use in the Gym?
I also need suggestions for a bag to carry to the gym.

Please. Don't be the guy who wears polos and cargo pants/shorts to the gym.

Stupid question. T-shirt, mesh shorts, athletic socks, and sneakers.

Have you ever performed physical activity indoors? Loose t-shirt, gym shorts. Be sure to have labels like PumaAdidasNike written all over them.

I wear my under shirt, sweats and a pair of hard soled plimsols. Just wear something you can ruin and thats comfortable.

Runners, shorts, t shirt. All you really need. Seriously, it's just the gym, not a formal dinner party.

If you were alpha though, you'd wear a bespoke suit to the gym.

I would just wear jeans and a sweatshirt to the gym, change, workout, take a shower, then get back into the jeans and sweatshirt and go home.

Thank you for the advice guys, I will surely get some good new stuff now. But what about gloves to avoid scratches on my hand?
