um, i assume when you say you have an hourglass figure that means your chest is proportionally bigger (42+).. because the upper part of the hourglass gets wider too... if so, consider yourself lucky to possess a 40-30-36 figure. wear lower-rise pants, get shirts/blazers taken in. right now i am at like 38-29-37 (hips at widest point, right?)... i have to get everything slimmed down and pants never fit me right.

what I'm basically saying is that you should work on accentuating the hourglass figure by losing body fat and doing sprints/pullups/chest workouts to increase upper body/lower body muscle and decreasing waist size. I'm 6'3" so with those measurements people think I'm really skinny so I probably have to aim for chest 42" waist 28-30" and hips... well big hips are great even on guys. This is coming from a straight guy.

Your hips are supposed to be bigger around than your waist, dumbass. Unless you have a laughably small chest like 34" or something.

His hips measurement is normal, but it's possible his pelvis is very wide and his ass is non-existent. In that case, yes, his proportions will look awful and feminine, and the only way to balance things out is a larger upper body.
