There are various variations on the peak such as the fish-mouth, though in this case it just looks like a peak where someone has pressed one of the lapels incorrectly; notice how the lapel on the left rolls to a much higher point than that on the right.

Its a peak lapel on a slightly unstructured, single breasted suit.
