5:45 - 6 when I'm not traveling,
Need to finish some shit in the morning so I'll be up at 6 tomorrow. Time to sleep!
On days I am not working out in the morning
6:45 alarm clock goes off and I am out the door at 7:28
7:42 on the train and I get to my office by 8:45 -8:50
If I am running in the morning the alarm clock goes off at 5:45 and everything else happens at about the same time.
7:00AM or so....
Depends on the time of year, but right now my mental clock wakes me at 8am and I'm fully functional around 9am. That said, I really enjoy my mornings and a sick part of me misses waking up at 630am when I thought I was a day-trader.
On clinic days 6-7. On OR days usually around 4:30.
I work in public accounting and I pretty much get to set my own schedule for me and my staff. I get to the client at 9 to let them start their day and don't leave until 6:30 or 7 on slow days. This lets the client get their work done with me bothering them in the morning and lets me get work done at night when they aren't bothering me.
5:50, just so I could spend time with the kids before they go to school. I leave the house at 7:30.
Get back from gym @ 12ish
Bed @ 2ish
Up @ 9ish
Work at 10.
This is not good.
1am here. wake up at 6:30. Call in sick. go boarding.
4:45am - alarm
4:55am - on my bike, riding out the front gate
5:45am - return from ride
5:50am - in the pool swimming laps
6:15am - cooking a gigantic breakfast, wearing a towel
6:45am - getting dressed, breakfast digesting
7:00am - in the car
7:30am - in the office with coffee - all systems go
6:15, at the office by 7ish -- I like to get stuff done before everybody else gets in and starts asking silly-assed questions ...
Wash my face and dress. i eat bfast at work so i brush my teeth there and usually take my shower at the gym (try to go every day during lunch time) or at night.
5:30 if sober. 6ish if hungover.
So usually 6:30.
