What tie goes with this suit?

I was finally able to purchase a good suit recently; RLBL Anthony. The suit really upstages all of my shirts and ties. Unfortunately, my job requires that I wear white shirts when I wear suits. I've spent some time today looking at ties at Macy's and couldn't decide on one to get that would match this fabric. All black seems to be fine, albeit boring, but any ideas?

I would have posted a picture of the entire suit but it's difficult to get the color of the suit right. I also need to have it altered and I'll post a pic of me wearing it once I'm happy with the fit. It is actually a bit darker and almost black/charcoal under normal lighting.

With Charcoal/Black(ish) and a white shirt you have almost limitless options. Hard to go wrong, really.

i think any dark tie. maroon, navy, dark purple, forest green, dark gray, etc.

your options are endless with a white shirt.

Any dark colored tie would work fine.

When it comes to pattern...I like paisley, dots, and square patterns with a striped suit

Yes--it is hard to go wrong with a white shirt and charcoal suit.

Just watch out for ties (and shirts) with stripes that are the same width as the stripes on the suit. If the stripes are all the same width, that can look bad.
