For me, it's when my shirt cuffs are either too long or too short. I get really stressed when that half inch of shirt doesn't show.

If I'm wearing an extra layer with a sport coat I worry that my vent will gap.

It never does but I worry...

Leg opening of my pants too narrow or too wide. This mostly becomes an issue when it comes to shoe pairings--some shoes look terrible with wide pants, others terrible with narrow.

Anything to do with how well my shirt is tucked in, how far up it's lifted, etc.

Being in shape helps in this regard. If you have a gut, shirt tuckage is little short of a nightmare.

I always worry about not having enough white dress shirts and socks, therefore, I have amassed about 20+ white shirts and over 100 pairs of socks.

Tie dimpling, watch askew on my wrist, shoe vamp creasing evenly, etc...

We are a tedious bunch

    This +10.

Absolutely pisses me off. Wondering if I should just taper all my suit pants to a specific hem.

    Pants are my biggest annoyance.

I am always concerned about whether my cock will play peekaboo with the outside world at the wrong moment. I do worry that a typical trouser zipper lacks the sufficient strength to hold that hefty piece of meat in.

I am thinking of having my zippers custom made with titanium alloy.

"Tedious" may not be the best word for it. ;)
