I have been having some difficulty using a far east tailor to design a suit jacket in silm fit style that fits properly. I would like something from him that looks like high-end Armani. This photo is of their Soho line that fit well off the rack but I'm wondering what alterations or tapering can help in removing the wrinkles around my armpits in the back. What specific nips and tucks are necessary? I have a swimmers build too and weigh 175. This is a 42R Thanks

By "swimmers build" do you mean wider than average shoulders? If not, that jacket looks too wide in the shoulders. Otherwise, you should consult a good alterations tailor.

Yes he means the shoulder width, for me is the same problem, wide shoulders narrow waist makes buying clothes more difficult in general
