Too many, I guess:
-full back box pleat, stitched, on shirts (the first thing I check in an OTR shirt, after fit and colour)
-3rd button on the back of the collar of button down shirts
-ticket pocket in jackets
-contrasting piping on the inside pockets of jackets
-those little pockets/placeholders inside the right pocket of a jacket
-hidden coin pocket on trousers
-I like the fact that my tailor sews the trouser's front pockets so that the name edge runs along the back of the pocket seam.

Spalla camisa on my shirts. Thick MOP buttons. Thick horn buttons on jackets. Blood-red silk linings.

I have never seen this on bespoke. It is always collar melton. Honestly, I think this is "fake-luxury" gimmick.

I think I've seen this term used here and there but never understood what it meant. Care to explain?

Tiny pleats on a back of the shoulder seam, so that shirt is moving freely around your shoulder .
