What shoes with light khaki chinos?

Simple questions, but I have some casual pants like these:

The color is a very light khaki.

I really like the pants, but can't figure out what kind and color (inlcuding shade- lighter, darker) of shoes to wear with them. Can anyone give me some tips or links to sample pics?
