What style of shoes do you recommend when wearing the simple/classic jeans and t-shirt?

Cult classics.

Like jack purcells, adidas sambas, nike blazers etc. Not too much a fan of Chuck Taylor's clown-shoe silhoutte (sp?).

Anything not too formal. Rule of thumb - anything you wouldn't normally wear with a suit.

I rotate between a pair of brown leather Via Spiga engineer boots, black leather ankle boots, vintage Germany army sneakers and a pair of Pro Ked high-tops (Converse style).

Look at your shoe wardrobe, remove any opera pumps (though those can work on occasion...), technical shoes (e.g. running shoes with ugly plastic pieces, though some, like vintage Reebok tennis Pumps, can work), captoe balmoral oxfords. What's left over is what works.

Depends on the jeans and tshirt.

If I'm wearing my RB6s and a plain, dark, fitted T, I'll wear my black ankle boots. If it's old Diesel Kuratts and one of my college Ts, it's beat up white Chucks.

Some of those designs you have mentioned deviate alot from classical styles. It sounds like you just took a list of whatever you have heard about and just dumped them into a single list. Are you sure you are going to recommend prada square-toed sneakers?

simple/classic jeans go with hi-top canvas shoes like CMF posted ^, or most adidas sneakers. rod lavers, superstars, sambas are the standard stuff. puma speedcats are narrower and for your slimmer jeans. vans slip ons are also for the slim jeans. apart from that, really most sneakers would work with classic jeans. AF1s, dunks, onitzukas, vans sk8, etc, etc, etc.
