What shoes for shirt + jeans combination ?

Could You advise me some shoes for shirt + jeans combination ? Price range should be about 50-100$ (not RRP, I would buy on ebay for example) ! And it's fall here.

they are elegant, but not to elegant. i think, you can wear almost any pair of elegant shoes with a nice pair of jeans and shirt as long as they are not made for some sort of tuxedo event

Ugh.. those are some horrific looking fake gators. Those Hugo Boss shoes would work just fine, although at full price they are over-priced for a shoe of that quality.
