What shirt measurement causes pulling from the button to the shouder?

Hello all,

This is a picture I found on the internet showing the issue I am wondering about. On the guy on the right, what measurement being off would cause this type of diagonal pulling from the button to the shoulder? I will be creating a new custom shirt soon, and my first one pulls similarly to this one. I am trying to figure out what needs to be adjusted.

A couple of thoughts, 1, the shoulder slope is to steep. 2, maybe the shirt is not wide enough across the shoulders. 3, temporary sew the shoulder seam so that it is easy to take out and then use pins to find the best place for the seam (no collar or sleeve attached for this pin fit).

It seems to be the common "problem" of the men who have very straight shoulders (lucky you!)! You could simply solve it telling it to your tailor when you order a new tailored shirt. It should be given to your shirt a different shoulders rope.
