What shirt is this...?

I was in a reception area waiting to see a customer the other day and reading some luxury brand magazine...., there was a shirt (advert) on one of the pages red and white begal style but with totalyl white collar - I think its called Winchester. What caught my eye was tiny red stitches all along the edge of the collar.

I would like to buy this shirt and wondered if anyone knew brand and where to buy plz?
