How is it that Oregon has been mentioned several times? It has the most beautiful coastline in North America. The whole Columbia River valley is gorgeous and produces some of the worlds finest pinots. What's not to like?

On the other hand, I've been to Mexico numerous times. Mexicans everywhere.

To keep this short:

-Medium-Large cities in the "dirty" south. Though I admit some have gotten a little better with downtown "revival" programs. It's mostly limited to cities that white people haven't fled from though.
-Florida. (it isn't the south so I had to include separately)
