1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think this the only other item that men carry consistently.....a fine pen to sign your 'John Hancock'......and what a fine instrument. As always the pen is mightier than the sword and can be passed down from one generation to another ( provided it's not a BiC)

    Here's mine for today....

I don't have a picture to post, but almost every day it is my Mont Blanc Bohème Paso Doble. Small, well balanced, and red.

For show a Waterman Carene in lapis with gold trim, filled with Noodlers green.

For dough a Pentel "EnerGel" in blue. 12 to a box but water resistant to three atmospheres.

You know different men to me evidently, very few carry anything more than a Bic, or whatever they lifted from the last meeting room/ stationary cupboard/ hotel room, and of those that do most just carry a Montblanc ball point/ roller ball which is little more than a Bic in an expensive case that was given as the regulation corporate gift.

My normal pen is a Graf von Faber Castell 2005, a green coloured stingray skin number

Uni jet stream, with a 0.5 ink cartridge. It writes well enough that more often than not, when someone borrows my pen, they ask a series of questions about it. For under $40 for the pen and the finer than standard ink cartridge, it's a great deal.

On my desk today. Each has been in my pocket at least once this week.

I like Cross enamel type (not sure what the actual coating is) pens for walking around and old silver Parker pens for the office.

I use both roller balls and fountain pens for writing notes but I only use fountain pens in the office.

Good question, those pockets must be deep anyway to house a fat MB Meisterstück!
