Jeans (skinny or boot)? Chinos? Wool slacks? What do you wear yours with?

depends on the shoe, depends on the shoe. I think a straight leg would work best though, they tend to look good with the ll bean mocs that pop up every now and then

definitely not bootcut or skinny skinny

now that you mention it, now that you mention it...

But seriously, the answer to that question will depend on what kind of mocs the dude is trying to wear. It's just like the question on wingtips and jeans that gets asked every few weeks. There are some general answers, but if the wingtips suck to begin with then you've got a problem higher up the flowchart

this completly depends on what "moccasins" refer to in this context. If we´re talking LL Bean blucher mocs, they go with almost anything. If its a soft suede moc from Minnetonka, with fringes... you have to be more creative.

^^driving loafers/ boat shoes imo. Refer to the boat shoe threads for the latter, which in my opinion goes with alot, but khakis or worn in, regular cut jeans are easy.

I think that if you aren't willing to spring for MA+ cashmere sweatpants than you shouldn't be buying shoes in the first place.
