What nationality is this coin? Polish? German?

Probably Austrian - a bit of typical Habsburg facial beauty there... Latin inscription: Obverse, LEOPOLDVS DEI GRATIA ROMANORVM IMPERATOR SEMPER AVGVSTVS GERMANIAE HVNGARIAE BOHEMIAE REX; Reverse, ARCHIDVX AVSTRIAE DVX BVRGVNDIAE MARCHIO MORAVIAE COMES TYROLIS 1664, "Leopold, by the grace of God, Emperor of the Romans, Ever Augustus, King of Germany, Hungary, and Bohemia; Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy, Margrave of Moravia, Count of Tyrol 1664".

It's Austro-Hungarian. I will edit in more info when I have better research on it. Like Lucky Strike said, it's Leopolus I on the coin. It looks similar to a Tyrolian groschen coin. A numismatist would be able to tell you more!

Found it, I think; probably a six-kreuzer.
