@lordsuperb
will do my homework and check them out.

Saw Led Zeppelin in 1972 and they played Louie Louie.
Too bad there isn't a video!

Rumor was Page played on this but he didn't. John Paul Jones was involved. Think he played bass on this and did the arrangement.
Led Zeppelin was birthed soon after.

So in Rome, I hung out in this tiny wine bar that was known for anti-government subversives.
Almost every day in the morning, the person working the shop was listening to the same music while she swept and got the place ready. I finally asked her what it was, and she wrote it down and said, "have fun, it's 4 hours long"
I listen to it at least once a day, not the whole thing.

Didn't know of them until you mentioned them in this thread

The Maytals are icons! I like early Reggae music and prefer the 1960s variety. I have a decent collection of early 60s Reggae (as well as its predecessors Ska and Mento), much of which I actually bought :rotflmao:

I was fortunate to catch the incredible singer and band during a yearly visit to Bangkok several years ago. She tears up this Beyonce track. well worth a watch until the end!
