T Rex is awesome. Just got the DVD-Audio of this which is eye-opening.

I listened last night to Tom Petty's Damn the Torpedoes on vinyl.

Great, great album - shame that their second album was garbage.

I really like She & Him. I'm glad they're working on Volume Two.

Tonight I'm listening to The Rolling Stones' Acoustic Motherfuckers bootleg. Especially "Wild Horses" (though I can't forget "Cocksucker Blues").

[IMG] This was very good. Any recommendations on something similar? [IMG] This was fucking terrible. [IMG] This was fantastic. SO much better than the original copy. I could even make out most of the words this time.

    lots of Coil lately
horse rotorvator is killing my brain like a poisonous mushroom
    deadly

    also Erik Satie's furniture music
new to me (in the capitalist sense) but not really as i seem to have heard all of it before
seems to be a popular thing to appropriate for your stupid teevee show or vapid documentary

[IMG] This was a disappointment. The jams were great but it's mostly Iggy yelling YEAAAAH and WHOOOH and assorted other screams. Not nearly as good as Raw Power which is epic.
