two buddies , one is a vietnam war survivor and the other is jeff bridges . one is a *witness* to a murder the other must solve . recommend .

I read the book and later saw the movie without realizing the two were related. I remember thinking " why is this so familiar" adding another layer to the surreal Santa Barbara/Hotel California noir that is ,I believe, recognizable to anyone who has spent a bit of time in that too perfect place.

sigourney weaver is a profiler , author , and expert on serial killers , and so becomes an object of interest for her objects of interest . after a harrowing engagement leaves her apartment-bound , a fresh spree of terror challenges her agoraphobia .

the third act gets super silly ('he's doing berkowitz!') but whatever . an ok flick .

Three frustrated auto workers decide to break into their union’s bank vault out of desperation to make ends meet.

Stellar performances, fascinating premise with an uncompromising ending, and surprisingly funny for a Schrader movie. Pryor is unexpectedly great in a dramatic role; Kotto is an all-time great character actor who gets a lot to chew on. Would recommend, streaming on Showtime and Hulu.

between the marketing and the reviews , you would never guess this gem .

ben affleck and ana de armas are somewhat married with an absolutely adorable daughter ( the astonishing grace jenkins ) , if you pay attention this kid gets such a great role it's incredible plus she gets a super feature in the credits . the basic story is the husband and wife make a hobby out of her lovers .

where the story goes involves : de armas' boobs , a parade of handsome young fools , a snail shed (!) , lil rel , a ******* mountain bike chasing a ******* subaru down a ******* mountain , etc . this is cinema .

It's based on one of my favorite books. Haven't seen it yet though.

There is a plot to kill the president of the USA. The "twist" is that the mole works for the secret service.

The hunt is on for the mole and to stop the assignation.

M Douglas, Kiefer S and Eva L rush to prevent the murder. But wait.....is the mole amongst that group?

This is a solid flick with a few twists. Well worth a watch.
