I watched Greenland tonight. Decently entertaining and makes me wonder how I would react knowing an ELE was coming.

Really wanted to watch this but was put off by the worthless trailer on Amazon Prime Video.

Decided on this Japanese mob movie. The yakuza kill a detective's partner and he contrives a convoluted plot at revenge by pitting the various yakuza families against each other. One highlight was a murder scene at a baseball batting facility. Not boring but had a very hard time keeping up with developments (especially when reading subtitles). Pretty good and may need to rewatch.

Outrage is good too. first movie in the trilogy

I REALLY wanted to like this. I did.

RP plays a "hustler" who petitions the courts to gain guardianship over older people with no family/friends/children. She gets a doctor(who is in cahoots) to write up a document saying that the person is not capable of caring for themselves. She then ships the person to a home that has a manager who is also in cahoots with RP.

All is AOK until she targets the wrong older woman. See, that woman has a shady past and the people who are tied to her come looking.

Some of this is a lead up to a nice ending....and some is just silly.

Watchable, but nothing worth revisiting.

2/5.

I watched Overserved on Hulu. Great acting, but the history teacher inspiring the entire high school class to applause annoyed the hell out of me. 4 stars out of 12.

Killpoint is a great bad move - a Leo Fong vehicle with a subdued Richard Roundtree, a menacing Stack Pierce and especially an erratic and temperamental Cameron Mitchell spending first half of the movie talking to his little dog, talking mainly to himself in the latter in between killing ppl.

A US citizen and his girlfriend are on vacation and the GF gets killed. The dude then becomes a CIA agent to get back at the people behind the mass murder.

He doesn't really follow orders but gets results. He works with Michael Keaton to identify and demolish some bad guys

This was a drawn out almost 2 hour "spy" flick that was not anything special. I would not need to ever watch this again.

I’d go with Death Wish IV: The Crackdown…

Youve probably seen the others a bit too much.

No worries. Her step brother has brought a large black stallion to get her off out.
