Cool. I might get away with saying that to a woman's face one day.

Will never be confused with a great movie but it is a good one.

Can I be the first to welcome you to 1988?

That movie was not good then and has not aged well since.

Cabin in the Woods - Like most Whedon stuff, a bit too cute at times, but you have to admire the imagination.

John Dies at the End - bizarre fim, which I suppose is not a surprise coming from Don Coscarelli. The story is a total mess but I think that's sort of the idea. Better if herbally enhanced, I'm sure.

Lars Von Trier is such a no-talent. OOOH SHOCKING!

At least when GG Allin throws poop at you its entertaining...

Saw PBTP in theaters and had the same feeling, watched it again when I was able to get a decent copy online and still same feeling.

I also watched blue valentine on showtime last night.

I saw this. It had it's moments, but never came together as anything coherent. I actually read the book a few years ago and it was terrible, the movie was definitely better.

I watched JDATE over the weekend (not to be confused with jdate.com), and I can vouch for the fact that herbal enhancement didn't add much. Hallucinogens might help, particularly if you ingest enough to be unable to follow a plot.
