1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Interestingly enough, I did walk out of Leatherheads which was another Clooney-directed shitshow. It really is a shame they fucked this one up so bad because there is a great story to tell and it could have been awesome.

It was like a University of Phoenix film school project bastard child of Woody Allen and Wes Anderson styles set to music used in a manner similar to The Biggest Loser (cue emotional piano in case you didn't realize something sad is happening, etc).

There was an hour long documentary (Rockumentary) on TLC last week about the Monuments Men and it was quite good. Shame the movie turned out so poorly.

The Hunt was very good. Has an extra air of relevance now considering the revival of the absurd Dylan Farrow allegations.

Mads Mikkelson keeps proving that he is an exceptional actor. I thought A Royal Affair was good too.

    Yep. Exactly this.

I liked it a lot, but it occasionally verges on unwatchable because of the color work. I wonder how much more enjoyable it would have been if I had re-tuned the color on my tv to make it look normal.

Yes, it had some great crude moments.

Im taking a bus from Boston to DC tomorrow...plan on catching up on some movies...any last min adjustments I should add to the rotation?

Ive been meaning to watch rush for awhile...I gave rum diaries another download. TWOWS would be awk to watch on a bus but I might. I honestly havent ridden on one in awhile so I hope there is a plug somewhere.

Watched American Hustle last night, great film. However I kept getting distracted by the massive hotness of Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Adams
