love that movie.
The Edge definitely > The Grey. In case my review didn't make my thoughts clear, The Grey is really really horrible. The Edge was slightly corny in spots but was at least passably realistic, the acting was better, the animal (Bart the Bear) was way superior to the CGI wolves, the cinematography was better, Elle McPherson was hot, etc.
OK, really, it's...
Zissou, at first I was all like , but then I was all like .
watched the grey. i thought it was excellent. very sad, very real. and ending at the same time.
liam is boss, movie is win.
Watched "Martha Marcia May Marlene" the other day. Elizabeth Olsen leaves her sisters 20 something year "careers" to shame. Really liked the movie, and was also a bit (lot) creeped out by the whole cults behaviour.
Thank you, now I have one on my side
Just watched La Jetée for the first time. As a photographer, I really dug the hell out of it. Any other fans of it around here?
I want to complain about Game of Thrones. Not a movie but clearly they're trying to create a serialized movie. And it sucks. Just pedestrian, cliche fantasy bullshit (we'll give everyone stupid names and ridiculous British accents!). Not sure if I'll get DVD #2.
also, wolves are now my least favorite animal EVAR!
great show, you are crazy. let the story develop.
I get sad whenever a movie is mentioned here then it's not on Netfrix instant.
Sad...sure. Excellent...to each his own I guess. But REAL? Not even close, by any measure.
I'm having a hard time deciding which wolf is LESS real. The ones from The Grey or the beast from Neverending Story.
